RESPECT FOR TRADITION AND LOVE FOR NATURE.

From cultivation to winemaking, a single great commitment: the preservation of nature. With a view to enhance the territory and the strong union between it and its fruits, we have planted typical vineyards of the area able to give wines with a strong personality:

Primarily Zibibbo but also Malvasia, Calabrese, Greco Nero and Magliocco:  indigenous varieties,leaving, with all due respect, the international varieties to those who do not care much to bring back the pure and traditional expression of the cultivation area.

The cultivation takes place according to biological techniques and with the harvesting by hand in crates, as in the past, with respect for and safeguarding the earth and its fruits, man becomes a symbiotic part of it, in perfect balance with the creation, integrating himself into the rhythms of mother nature and being guided by them.

The winemaking activity is carried out in perfect interaction with the natural times and cycles and in compliance with the most ancient traditions, preventing mere commercial interests from forcing the maturation process. And that is why it will never be bottled in December, just two months after the harvest, there will be no large distribution and a chemical standardization of taste will be avoided. This last aspect will be pure expression of the territory and of the grapes that for centuries have been exceptionally expressed on these terraces, with all their nuances of which it is possible to catch the differences from year to year.

Even in a deliberately familiar, artisanal and natural context, in the winery modern technology and innovative international and oenological techniques complement the traditional techniques but improve them.
